Return Policy

Due to the nature of online ordering and shipping costs no exchanges are allowed. 

Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All returns must be authorized by Giant Fashions Ltd.

Items without an R.A number (Return Authorization) will be refused.

Altered or washed garments are not returnable.

Items must be in their original and sealed packaging and in saleable condition.

Items must be sent freight prepaid.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.
